Compensation:

$45,000 - $75,000 per year

Responsibilities:

Mentor and develop your team by providing guidance, feedback, and training to ensure consistent delivery of Papa John's standards. Lead operational strategies to meet and exceed company goals for quality, customer service, and profitability. Manage inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste. Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards. Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing profit and loss.

Qualifications:

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere. Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the store, the bank, and required meetings. Solid experience in financial management, including budgeting and profit and loss analysis. Excellent communication skills to effectively manage both staff and customer relations. 3+ years of restaurant management experience, with a proven track record in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
