We source only the best ingredients for our scratch kitchens. We strongly believe in taking care of our crew first, giving them the confidence and inspiration to wholeheartedly take care of our guests. Our common mission is to give our guests such warm and heartfelt hospitality that they feel compelled to share stories of their experience with family and friends. Job Title Kitchen Manager Our Kitchen Managers at Burgatory lead and control the Back of House Operations. They are the reason our food is thoughtfully scrumptious, and award-winning! You are responsible for ensuring our guests and crew have exceptional experiences at Burgatory by - Leading and controlling Back of House Operations with emphasis on food safety, food quality, training, development, ordering and scheduling Actively managing the kitchen, assisting crew with preparation and production of items to promptly fill orders Checking stations to ensure they are stocked, organized, and cleaned appropriately Communicating effectively with managers and crew to maintain a positive work environment in our kitchens Monitoring HACCP Programs, Food Safety systems, cleanliness, organization and food handling practices to ensure they are 100% safe Recruiting, interviewing, training, and developing our crew so they can fulfill their potential Upholding the highest standards in food quality by monitoring portion control, product rotation, waste and optimal ticket times in food production Managing our prep lists and pars - placing orders, taking inventory and communicating product needs to leadership budgeting and forecasting to write orders and record inventory
