• Must be tenured ... 3+ years minimum experience as Restaurant Area Manager or District Manager
• Must have experience overseeing a market of 5 or more restaurant locations
• Must have a track record of training and people development
• Must have a track record of controlling profitable P&L's
• Must be fluent in driving sales
• Must be a strong organizer and executer
• Must have strong training skills in all areas of operations
• Must have a "lightening-rod" personality
• Must be willing to throw away the clipboard.
