Front of House Manager

The Lions Pride Restaurant is looking for an experienced customer service professional to join our leadership team. An ideal candidate will effectively plan, organize, direct, and coordinate the front of house staff to provide the best possible dining experience for our guests. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Responsible for the training and development of all front of house staff Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving skills needed to handle complaints and mistakes Inspects food and food preparation to monitor quality, consistency, and that kitchen sanitation regulations are always met Maintains a high personal level of visibility throughout the restaurant. The manager is responsible for making sure his or her staff is following the service standards and health and safety regulations Listens to guests and staff and use their feedback to develop future goals and/or plans Manages and enforces all restaurant service policies and procedures Inspects restaurant, bathrooms, and server areas for neatness and cleanliness Trains and coordinates the front of house restaurant staff in proper service etiquette Works with the service staff to develop their food and menu knowledge Performs other duties as assigned Collects and deposits money at the end of shift Schedule Requirements

• Evenings and weekends availability
• Second Shift
• Holiday availability Experience 5 years of high-volume restaurant table service experience Certifications Serve Safe Certification preferred
