Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Bar Manager to lead our bar operations with enthusiasm and expertise. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily bar activities, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold high standards of food and beverage quality, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations. Duties Supervise all bar operations, including food preparation, beverage service, and customer interactions to deliver an outstanding guest experience Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste through efficient food and beverage management Oversee POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and sales processing Train, develop, and motivate staff to ensure high standards of food handling, customer service, and team collaboration Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards while supervising kitchen management and food production processes Handle shift management by scheduling staff efficiently to meet customer demand during peak hours in a quick service or fine dining setting Conduct interviewing and onboarding of new team members to build a skilled, motivated workforce committed to excellence Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management with a focus on bar operations in casual dining or fine dining environments Strong background in supervising staff, training & development, and team management within the food industry Knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary experience, and kitchen management practices Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for cash handling and sales tracking Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and food safety practices to ensure operational efficiency Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is highly desirable Join us as a Bar Manager where your leadership will energize our team and create memorable experiences for our guests!
