Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of customer service within a fast-paced, lively environment. Your leadership will drive team performance, streamline service processes, and foster a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for hospitality management and food service excellence. Duties Supervise front-of-house operations, including greeting guests, seating, and ensuring prompt service delivery Lead staff training and development to enhance customer service skills, food handling, and food safety procedures Manage shift schedules, monitor performance, and provide coaching to maintain high standards of hospitality and efficiency Oversee POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling, order processing, and inventory control Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all front-of-house activities Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to promote guest satisfaction Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to optimize restaurant profitability Skills Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management within quick service or casual dining environments Strong leadership skills with experience supervising teams and conducting staff training & development Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully Knowledge of food preparation, food handling, and kitchen operations; culinary experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for cash handling and sales tracking Ability to manage shift schedules efficiently while maintaining high service standards Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and food management practices in a hospitality setting Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interview candidates and support team growth Background in hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous; barista or coffee experience is a bonus Demonstrated leadership in supervising food production, catering services, or banquet events is highly valued Join us as a Front of House Manager to lead our vibrant team in delivering memorable dining experiences.
