Restaurant / Food & Beverage Manager Northland Recreation Centre - State College, PA Full-Time | Evenings & Weekends | Pay Negotiable Based on Experience Are you ready to lead the excitement at one of State College's premier entertainment destinations? Northland Recreation Centre, home to Northland Bowl and The Arena Bar & Grill , is seeking a high-energy Restaurant / Food & Beverage Manager to oversee our operations. What You'll Do:
Lead with
Energy:
Oversee daily front-of-house operations for both Northland Bowl and The Arena Bar & Grill, ensuring a seamless guest experience from start to finish.
Event Coordination:
Assist with planning and executing events, parties, and special promotions to keep our entertainment calendar exciting and fresh.
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and schedule front-of-house team members while fostering a positive, team-focused environment.
Customer Service Excellence:
Set the tone for exceptional guest interactions, handling escalations professionally and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
Financial Oversight:
Assist with budgets, inventory control, and cost management to support operational efficiency and profitability.
What We're Looking For:
Previous hospitality or entertainment management experience preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team in a high-energy setting. Flexible availability, with a primary focus on evenings and weekends . Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. A passion for creating memorable guest experiences in a fun, engaging environment.
