WVU Medicine Uniontown Hospital is a 145-bed acute care community hospital serving the region with more than 1,000 employees and over 200 medical staff representing 30+ specialties. What You'll Do Support daily food service and catering operations within a fast-paced healthcare environment Assist with unit financials, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives Lead, train, and develop both frontline and management employees Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and sanitation standards Partner directly with hospital leadership and client teams Oversee approximately 40 frontline employees Support operational excellence and customer satisfaction initiatives What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. • Associate's Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum Management Experience
• 2 years Minimum Functional Experience
• 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
