We are a growing business and looking for a dedicated manager to help take our dining experience to the next level. The Role We are seeking an experienced, service-driven Restaurant Manager who leads by example on the floor and in the kitchen. This is a hands-on role for someone who cares deeply about the guest experience, understands the art of Italian food and beverage, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless, high-quality service Lead, coach, and develop a motivated team with a focus on hospitality standards and accountability Maintain an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure, every table, every shift Monitor and manage labor, food cost, inventory, and operational efficiency Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times Actively support wine and beverage service, including team education and menu knowledge Drive private dining and event sales — from initial inquiry through flawless execution Build lasting relationships with guests and the broader Wayne community Partner with ownership on scheduling, vendor relationships, and business growth initiatives What We're Looking For 3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a full-service or Italian dining environment A genuine passion for food, beverage, and the art of hospitality Strong service instincts with an unwavering attention to detail Proven ability to lead a team and maintain a positive, professional culture Excellent communication skills with guests, staff, and ownership Experience with wine programs and/or sommelier knowledge is a strong plus Event and private dining sales experience is a strong plus Proficiency with POS systems and standard restaurant operations software TIPS/ServSafe certification preferred Compensation & Schedule Full-time position: 45-50 hours per week Competitive salary commensurate with experience Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required Why Alessandro's?
