The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quick service fast food restaurants or culinary environments, with a passion for food and customer service. As a Deli Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring quality food preparation, and maintaining budgetary goals while delivering exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of the deli department, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Manage inventory levels and assist with budgeting to minimize waste and maximize profitability. Train, develop, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain operational efficiency. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Coordinate catering orders and special events, providing exceptional service to clients. Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli area, including equipment maintenance. Requirements Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or culinary setting is preferred. Strong management skills with the ability to lead a team effectively. Knowledge of budgeting practices related to food service operations. Experience in training development for new employees. Familiarity with catering services and coffee preparation is a plus. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
