What We're Looking For Proven success as a General Manager in a high-volume, upscale or polished casual restaurant. Experience leading a restaurant generating at least $10 million in annual sales. Demonstrated success building, developing, mentoring, and retaining exceptional teams. Strong financial acumen with expertise in labor management, forecasting, cost controls, and profitability. An engaging, hands-on leadership style with an unwavering commitment to culture and accountability. Outstanding communication and leadership skills. A hospitality professional who is motivated by excellence and long-term career growth.

Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:

$110,000

• 130,000 Geographic allowance of $10,000
• 20,000 for candidates residing within the designated market.
