Run a stunning Dorado Beach home just 20 hours a week, with no evenings and no Saturdays, and build a life with more balance, more beach, and work that genuinely matters. About This Role A private family in Dorado Beach is looking for an experienced Household Manager to run the day-to-day operations of their home. This is the rare part-time role where your work truly matters: a 6,800 square foot private residence, a family that trusts you to take ownership, and the latitude to build systems that last. No micromanagement, no late nights, just high standards, real ownership, and the satisfaction of a home that runs like clockwork. Both principals work from home and value discretion, initiative, and someone who solves problems before being asked. This is not a cleaning role. It is operational management for a high-standard household. What You Will Be Doing Vendor and Property Management. Find, vet, and manage individual service providers (landscaping, pool, AC, pest control, generator). Proactively identify maintenance needs and coordinate repairs before they become problems. Food Sourcing and Meal Prep. Shop at the best local stores for high-quality produce, meat, and pantry staples. Prep bulk staples and make sure breakfast is always ready to go. Sunday meal prep sessions as needed. Household Restocking. Keep consumables, cleaning supplies, and preferred health-conscious products fully stocked. Source and implement organizational systems for the home. Daily Reset. Tidy and spot-check on on-site days. Wipe counters and reset the home so it feels calm and ready. Errands and Admin. Prescription refills, returns, one-off shopping, and remote operational tasks like utilities and scheduling. Vehicle and Property Care. Keep vehicles fueled or charged, coordinate monthly cleaning, and keep golf carts serviced. Schedule Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 9am to 1pm on-site (12 hours), plus about 8 hours per week off-site for shopping and errands Sunday afternoons available for meal prep as needed

Total:

approximately 20 hours per week No evenings. No Saturday availability required. Who We Are Looking For You have run operations before, in hospitality, property management, or a demanding household. You know how to make things happen, not just follow a checklist. You are resourceful in Puerto Rico. When a vendor does not show, you solve it. You know which stores have the best produce. You build relationships on WhatsApp and through word of mouth. You take initiative. You find the leak before it floods, restock before anyone asks, and notice what is off and fix it quietly. You are detail-oriented. You remember preferences without being reminded, and you care about the difference between good and excellent. You work well in the background. Discreet, professional, and comfortable being present when needed and invisible otherwise. You juggle multiple priorities without dropping any.

Requirements Bilingual:
