Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives for consumer products in the U.S. market. This role offers the opportunity to drive brand growth, manage strategic marketing campaigns, and collaborate with both domestic and international stakeholders. ??Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to support business growth in the U.S. market
Manage and collaborate with external digital marketing agencies on SEO, social media, digital advertising, and related initiatives
Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows, exhibitions, promotional events, and marketing campaigns
Partner with overseas stakeholders to ensure consistency in brand strategy, messaging, and positioning
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities
Manage marketing materials, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies
Support product launches and brand development initiatives ??Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
3+ years of marketing experience
Experience in consumer products, food & beverage, or related industries preferred
Experience managing external vendors and digital marketing agencies
Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities ??Preferred Qualifications
Experience with product launches and brand management
Knowledge of trade shows, retail marketing, and distribution channels
Japanese-English bilingual communication skills preferred but not required ??Additional Information
