We are seeking a proactive, dedicated professional with strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities to drive excellence in EH&S and support our business operations effectively. What You Will Do Provides leadership and builds partnership at site across all levels of the organization to foster EH&S culture improvement. Partners with site leadership and supervision to ensure EH&S regulatory compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise; establish and support timely incident investigation process to prevent reoccurrences. Ensures timely risk assessments and adequate controls for EH&S processes; oversees comprehensive EH&S training program; maintains readiness for oversight audits (assurance reviews, program evaluations, compliance reviews, OSHA

VPP, ISO

14001, etc.) Builds synergies between EH&S and Facilities and Equipment Management for efficient deployment of resources to achieve mutual goals. Provides timely information and guidance to the site EH&S leadership team, site EH&S committee and Sub-committees, including EH&S performance trends and root cause corrective actions for injuries and near misses. Provide technical expertise and consultation to the site's EH&S management committee on environmental sustainability initiatives to minimize water use, greenhouse gas generation, hazardous waste generation and increase recycling rate. The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
