Job Description
Assistant Restaurant Manager Exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitalitiy professional to join our team at the The General Stanton Inn, in Charlestown RI. We are seeking a full-time candidate to work with our front of the house staff. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management and the ability to motivate staff, think on your feet, lead, communicate and interact at all levels. Candidates with serving and/or bartending experience are preferred. You will be scheduled to work a minimum of 5 evening shifts per week including weekend shifts and some holidays. The position will work closely with Executive Chef as we deliver best-in-class food and service in Southern Rhode Island. For the right candidate, the position can grow into the Front of the House manager when the candidate demonstrates proficiency,
