- Requirements & Qualifications (Must Haves)
- 3-5 years of multi-unit management experience in QSR or Fast Casual restaurants
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop restaurant managers and teams
- Demonstrated success in driving customer satisfaction and operational performance across multiple locations
- Strong financial acumen with experience in cost analysis, budgeting, and meeting/exceeding P&L goals
- Ability to instill urgency around customer service and brand standards
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Available to travel within the assigned district to oversee restaurant operations Restaurant District Manager
- Preferred Background & Skills (Nice to Haves)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Experience implementing servant-leadership approaches to build high-performing teams
- Track record of growing sales through creative strategies and market awareness
- Strong motivational and mentoring style with the ability to foster a culture of learning and accountability
