We're looking for a full-time, year-round Assistant General Manager who brings energy, charisma, and a passion for exceptional dining experiences. As the AGM, you'll lead daily operations with a smile, guiding our talented team to deliver top-notch food and service in a vibrant Newport setting. Train, coach, and empower staff to shine — from line cooks to front-of-house heroes. Uphold premium quality standards for cuisine and guest experiences while keeping safety and cleanliness at the forefront. Own the numbers with budget management, inventory control, and performance optimization to boost guest satisfaction and team efficiency. Be the face of our culture: Energetic, enthusiastic, and always ready to celebrate wins with the crew and guests alike.
Perks and Benefits Salary:
•$80,000 per year

Table Restaurant Management and Operations:
Proficiency in running daily operations, budgeting, inventory, and maintaining high standards in food and service.
Team Management and Leadership:
Strong track record of training, supervising, and motivating a diverse team to perform at their best.
Customer Service Excellence:
Passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences with superb problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Compliance and Safety:
Familiarity with health, safety, and regulatory standards within the restaurant industry.
Adaptability and Organization:
Ability to multitask, stay composed under pressure, and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
Relevant Experience:
Prior restaurant management or hospitality leadership experience strongly preferred.
Education and Certification:
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or food safety certifications are a plus.
