Full-time:
$21.50/hr - $26.50/hr Permanent Position 40 hours per week on average Health, dental, vision, life, and short-term disability insurance 401K Retirement Package with up to 4% employer match Paid Vacation and Personal Time Training and Scholarships up to $1,000 per term Premium Pay increase of .50¢/hour for all eligible employees working any hours on Saturday-Sunday, and weekdays before 6 am, or after 7 pm. •
Bonuses:
Quarterly bonuses of up to $5,000 per year, based on company goal achievements met. Management or supervisory experience preferred.
Requirements:
Knowledge of computer systems.
Duties:
Plan, direct, and coordinate daily operations of the fresh food departments and kitchen. Meet sales, Produce sales, Kitchen deli, and bakery sales, gross, and labor goals. Schedule staff. Approve time cards. Handle employee recruitment, orientation, and training. Ensure workplace safety. Ensure customer satisfaction, employee fulfillment, successful vendor relations, and company profitability. Demonstrate independent decision-making daily. Follow written instructions. Perform monetary transactions. Communicate clearly with employees, customers, and vendors. Demonstrate organizational skills daily. Occasionally lift to 40 pounds of product or equipment. Continuously lift 20 pounds of product or supplies. Stand, walk, and crouch continuously for 8 hours. Sit and use the computer for 2 hours. This position also performs all duties of the meat, produce, deli, and bakery clerk.

The schedule includes weekends and holidays. 40 hours per week
