Restaurant Floor Manager

Duties Supervise all front-of-house activities, including customer service, food presentation, and cleanliness standards Coordinate staff assignments, and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours Handle Toast POS system for order processing, billing, and cash handling with accuracy Train new staff members on customer service techniques, and operational procedures Requirements Proven experience in food service management within quick service or fast food restaurant environments Familiarity with Toast POS system preferred; experience with cash handling required Demonstrated supervising experience in hospitality or restaurant settings with team management responsibilities Excellent communication skills with the ability to conduct staff training effectively Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of customer service and food quality Join our team as a Restaurant Floor Manager where your leadership fuels memorable dining experiences!
