Event Manager Trinity Brewhouse — Providence, RI Position Summary Trinity Brewhouse is a newly renovated, newly reimagined establishment that recently reopened under new ownership. With a brand-new space, new team, new leadership, and a new in-house brewery, we are building something special in the heart of Providence. We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Event Manager to join our team and help grow our private events, special events, and catering opportunities. This role will be responsible for creating memorable guest experiences through the planning, coordination, and execution of both in-house events at Trinity Brewhouse and off-site events throughout the community. The ideal candidate is a hospitality-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, has strong attention to detail, and is excited by the opportunity to help shape the future of a growing restaurant and brewery. Coordinate private parties, corporate events, celebrations, community events, and special experiences hosted at Trinity Brewhouse. Develop and execute off-site event opportunities, including catering and community partnerships. Create customized event experiences that align with guest expectations and Trinity Brewhouse standards. Coordinate event timelines, layouts, menus, staffing needs, and operational details. Work closely with ownership, management, kitchen leadership, and service teams to ensure seamless event execution. Guest Experience & Client Relationships Serve as the main point of contact for event clients and guests. Build strong relationships with customers, businesses, and community partners. Conduct event walkthroughs, consultations, and follow-ups. Resolve client concerns professionally and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. Encourage repeat business through exceptional service and relationship building. Sales & Business Growth Identify opportunities to increase private event bookings and off-site business. Respond to event inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings. Maintain event calendars, contracts, deposits, and client communications. Partner with ownership on event strategies, promotions, and community engagement opportunities. Help grow Trinity Brewhouse as a destination for celebrations, corporate gatherings, and special events. Operations & Team Coordination Coordinate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to execute successful events. Assist with staffing plans, event setups, and service flow. Ensure event spaces are organized, properly prepared, and presentation-ready. Maintain high standards of hospitality, professionalism, and execution. Support restaurant operations as needed during busy service periods. Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hospitality, restaurant management, event planning, catering, or related fields. Proven experience coordinating events from start to finish. Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple events and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
