What You'll Do:

Essential Job Functions:

Maintain a healthy, safe and secure environment by following and enforcing food safety, safety and sanitation guidelines and comply with all applicable State and Federal laws. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing and the development of employees through training and mentoring. Maximize profitability and hit sales goals by controlling food, beverage and labor costs. Execute all in-restaurant marketing promotions and new product roll-outs in a timely manner. Follow and maintain quality and guest service standards including drive-through times. Ensure guest satisfaction by providing superior customer service and prompt problem resolution to guest complaints. Manage inventory and order food and beverages, equipment and supplies as needed.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willing to work long hours, including weekends, evenings and holidays. 2+ years QSR restaurant, retail or supervisory experience is required. Advanced math and financial management skills Must be able to fluently speak and read English. Basic computer and writing skills. Proven ability to manage inventory, control labor costs, and train staff.
