Asst. Restaurant Manager

The Floor Manager at PVI should be open for both AM and PM Shifts and responsible for all FOH staff activities during shift including, but not limited to:

Job Responsibilities:

Maintaining an "on floor" presence to support your staff and interact with guests. The dining room is your office Oversee all daily operations executed to the highest standards Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns Lead restaurant and bar team by example Recruit, train, and support our team Establish goals, write schedules,uphold policies and procedures Comply with all health and safety regulations Report to Food & Beverage Director and GM. Manage COGS, inventories and weekly reporting of sales/expenses Collaborate with culinary team regarding menu engineering Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and guest service Proven ability to develop team Knowledge of systems, methods and processes that contribute to great execution

Qualifications:

Proven restaurant or bar management experience Must have server or bartender background Ability to proactively resolve problems efficiently Exceptional communication and leadership skills Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets Guest-oriented and service-minded No task is beneath you mentality This Company Describes Its Culture as: Detail-oriented
