Food & Beverage Supervisor (AM & PM) Aiken, SC 29803 Starting at $17.00/hour Full-Time | In-Person Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations, support kitchen and service staff, and ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and a hands-on approach in both kitchen and front-of-house support. Key Responsibilities Prepare and set up food based on business forecasts and catering needs Execute food preparation including salads, sandwiches, and hot/cold entrées according to recipes and quality standards Maintain full knowledge of menu items, recipes, plating, portion sizes, and presentation standards Ensure all food and beverage products are presented attractively and consistently Assist with inventory, ordering, receiving, and proper storage of food and beverage supplies Support cooks, servers, and bartenders during service as needed Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and service areas Complete all assigned opening and closing duties Foster teamwork and hold staff accountable to performance standards Qualifications Availability to work both day and night shifts Minimum 2 years of management experience (required) At least 2 years of line cook experience ; bartending experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail with strong organizational ability Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable, honest, and team-oriented Requirements Must be able to commute to Aiken, SC 29803 Must be willing to relocate before starting, if applicable Benefits Employee discounts ay!
