The Nutrition Group has an open position of Kitchen Manager for School Food Service. This position entails overseeing food production and staff training at a large K-12 School Cafeteria Operation. Duties to

Include:

Understanding National School Breakfast Program Understanding National School Lunch Program Food Preparation on a large production scale Utilizing Kitchen Equipment Meeting Company s Expectations Understand Company s Food Concepts Daily Production Records and Paperwork Facilitate the execution of catered events as needed Work with regional chefs to develop and implement recipes

Training School Cafeteria Workers:

Food Production and Recipes Utilization Understanding Functions of Kitchen Equipment Meeting Company s Expectations Understand Company s

Food Concepts Qualifications:
