Job Description

Assistant Manager - Smoothie King Clemson Join our team as an Assistant Manager! We're looking for an energetic leader to help oversee daily operations, train and motivate staff, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain high food quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Restaurant Manager with staffing, scheduling, and daily operations Supervise team members to ensure efficient service and quality standards Train staff on food prep, safety, customer service, and POS systems Manage inventory, cash handling, and basic reporting Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Resolve customer issues and create a welcoming environment Assist with hiring, budgeting, and overall team performance
Qualifications:
Experience in restaurant or quick-service management Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of food safety, inventory control, and POS systems Ability to manage teams, cash handling, and fast-paced shifts Customer-focused with problem-solving skills
