Our Assistant Managers help drive daily operations, develop team members, protect the guest experience, and ensure the restaurant runs efficiently from open to close. Whether it's helping a guest, coaching an employee, running food, working the register, or supporting the kitchen during a rush, our Assistant Managers set the standard. What You'll Do Assist with the daily operations of Fire King Pizza to ensure exceptional guest experiences and strong financial performance. Lead shifts by directing team members, managing workflow, and maintaining a sense of urgency. Coach, train, and develop employees while promoting a positive and accountable team culture. Help ensure food quality, cleanliness, and service standards are consistently executed. Monitor labor, productivity, and operational efficiency throughout each shift. Assist with inventory management, ordering, receiving deliveries, and controlling waste. Handle guest concerns professionally and work to create loyal, repeat customers. Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and restaurant security. Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies. Support both Front of House and Back of House operations as business demands. Lead by example and be willing to perform any task needed to help the team succeed. What We're Looking For Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead a team while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. Experience with scheduling, cash handling, inventory, or shift management is a plus. Ability to multitask and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
