Responsibilities:
Lead daily restaurant operations and guest service Hire, train, coach, and supervise staff Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ordering Ensure food quality, safety, and service standards Resolve guest concerns and support team performance Monitor budgets, P&L, and operational costs
Qualifications:
5+ years of restaurant experience 2+ years of management experience Strong leadership and customer service skills Experience with scheduling, payroll, inventory, and P&L management Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
Lift 40+ lbs and stand for extended periods Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
