Assistant Manager - Restaurant

The Restaurant AssistantManager will help lead daily operations, drive sales, and foster a guest-centric culture. Candidates must possess at least 3 years of experience in restaurant management, strong leadership abilities, and expertise in managing front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations, inventory management, and financial targets. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership:

Oversee all daily FOH and BOH operations to ensure efficiency and quality.

Financial Performance:

Meet or exceed financial objectives, including managing profit and loss (P&L), food cost, and labor targets.

Team Development:

Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor staff to foster a positive and high-performing culture.

Guest Experience:

Maintain high standards of service to ensure complete guest satisfaction.

Compliance:

Maintain a clean, safe, and secure environment adhering to all health and sanitation regulations.
