Job Description

Subway is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations. The Assistant Manager will assist the Store Manager in ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food quality and safety standards, supervising staff, and achieving sales goals. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in the fast-food industry and strong leadership skills. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing daily restaurant operations and staff activities. Supervise, train, and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service. Ensure food preparation and service comply with Subway standards and health regulations. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies and stock management. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues professionally. Support employee scheduling, attendance tracking, and shift management. Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards throughout the restaurant. Assist in achieving sales targets and controlling labor and food costs. Open and close the restaurant as required. Prepare daily reports and communicate operational updates to management. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-food restaurant or supervisory role. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
