Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Restaurant Management professional to lead our vibrant dining establishment. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Your leadership will inspire the team to deliver memorable dining experiences while managing the restaurant's overall performance. Duties Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating team members to foster a high-performing work environment Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth shift management and efficient workflow Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and reducing waste through effective food management practices Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations to uphold the highest quality of service and safety Manage cash handling procedures, including POS transactions using systems ensuring accuracy and security Coordinate food preparation and kitchen activities to deliver consistent quality in both casual dining and fast casual dining settings Implement staff training programs focused on customer service excellence, food handling, and hospitality management principles Monitor financial performance by managing budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing operational efficiency Foster a welcoming atmosphere that enhances guest satisfaction through attentive service and attention to detail Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality management roles with supervising responsibilities Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking processes, and food industry standards Familiarity with Toast POS systems for transaction processing and reporting Experience in managing inventory control, food safety protocols, and kitchen operations Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and develop staff effectively Background in managing budgets, conducting interviews, and overseeing shift operations in quick service or casual dining environments Knowledge of food handling regulations, sanitation standards, and culinary best practices Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining security procedures Previous experience in fine dining or hotel food service environments is a plus Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence and team collaboration Join us as a Restaurant Manager where your leadership fuels exceptional dining experiences!
