Food & Beverage Manager Woodfin Ridge Golf Club | Inman, SC Woodfin Ridge Golf Club is seeking an experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Manager to oversee our clubhouse restaurant, bar, and event operations. This leadership position is responsible for delivering exceptional service to members and guests while managing daily food and beverage operations, golf tournaments, banquets, and private events. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who enjoys working alongside their team and creating a welcoming, hospitality-driven atmosphere. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the clubhouse restaurant and bar. Hire, train, schedule, and supervise front-of-house staff. Coordinate food and beverage service for golf tournaments, banquets, member functions, and private events. Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and high-quality guest experiences. Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls. Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards. Ensure outstanding customer service and professionally resolve guest concerns. Assist with menu development, promotions, and operational improvements. Qualifications Previous experience in restaurant, bar, or food & beverage management preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. ServSafe Certification required or willingness to obtain certification upon hire. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. Compensation & Benefits Additional earning opportunities through scheduled bartending and serving shifts with tip income.
