Job Description

Acme on the IOP is looking for a Front of the House assistant manager. We have a GM and another manager in place, but we need 3 managers to properly operate. This is not some place looking for work someone 65 hours a week, not at all. This is 5 shifts a week, either 7AM-330PM or 330PM to close out which is usually not later than 11PM. Shift meal is free, paid vacation, 401K, insurance, free parking. We are so fortunate as a restaurant having such a good long time crew in place in both front and back of the house. Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties:
  • Manage and supervise staff members.
  • Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
  • Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and culinary practices
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of coffee preparation methods is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
