Overview Tropical Smoothie Cafe on Johns Island looking for an Assistant Manage. We are on the lookout for a passionate and energetic Assistant Manager to join our vibrant restaurant team. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind delivering top-notch food service and ensuring smooth daily operations. From supervising staff to managing customer experiences, you'll play a key part in creating a welcoming and efficient environment. Duties and required qualifications Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the restaurant during your shift. Ensure that all food production meets quality standards and is prepared according to company recipes. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that arise. Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills in various roles including cooking, bartending, and customer service. Assist in managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations. Enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all staff. Collaborate with management to implement promotional activities and improve overall restaurant performance. Open and close the cafe as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED Valid drivers license Open availability Restaurant or fast-casual experience At least 1 year experience in a supervisor role. Full Time pay $15•18 ( Plus Great tips) Must Work
