Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Manager, where you will lead the daily operations of a fast-paced, quick service restaurant. This role is perfect for energetic, detail-oriented professionals passionate about food service management, customer satisfaction, and team leadership. As a key driver of success, you will oversee staff training, ensure food safety standards, manage inventory, and deliver an exceptional dining experience for every guest. Your leadership will inspire your team to perform at their best while maintaining operational excellence and fostering a positive work environment. Duties Lead and supervise restaurant staff to ensure high-quality food preparation, excellent customer service, and efficient shift operations. Oversee food handling, cooking processes, and food safety protocols to meet health regulations and quality standards. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste through effective food management practices. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Train new team members on food preparation techniques, customer service standards, and safety procedures to promote staff development. Coordinate shift schedules, manage labor costs, and ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy hours. Conduct regular audits of kitchen and dining areas to uphold cleanliness, safety standards, and hospitality excellence. Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure a positive dining experience that encourages repeat visits. Support budgeting efforts by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-control measures aligned with business goals. Foster a team-oriented environment by motivating staff through coaching, performance reviews, and ongoing training initiatives. Experience Proven management experience in the food industry or quick service restaurant environments with a focus on restaurant management or hospitality management. Demonstrated supervising experience with staff training & development in high-volume settings such as casual dining or fast food restaurants. Strong background in food production, catering, or banquet service is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling skills are essential. Experience in inventory control, food safety compliance, and kitchen management is required. Prior exposure to hotel or bar environments adds valuable insight into hospitality standards. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work culture through effective communication and problem-solving. Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
