What You'll Be Doing:

Leading from the front with energy, accountability, and a customer-first mindset Ensuring every guest enjoys fast, friendly service and a perfect product Driving sales and executing local marketing strategies Monitoring performance and maintaining strong cost control Training, coaching, and developing a high-performing team Handling operational responsibilities including banking and inventory

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of management experience in quick-service or 1+ year in full-service dining Strong team-building, communication, and leadership skills Ability to analyze profit & loss reports and manage costs effectively Reliable, adaptable, and ready to work a flexible 35-40 hour schedule Able to lift, squat, and stand for long periods—this is a hands-on role!
