- Minimum one year experience in a food service program preferably within a school district
- Knowledge of US Department of Agriculture and state guidelines for school food service programs and required paperwork
- Knowledge of food service management systems and Point of Sale systems
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Serv Safe or HACCP certification preferred
- Management experience in food service
- Knowledge of food cost, labor cost, and inventory systems
- Experience managing people in a fast paced environment
