Food and Beverage Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee restaurant dining and event operations Builds positive morale and culture by taking on a hands-on role with staff and operations Maintains strong relationships with members Responsible for cost control and budget control compliance on a daily basis

Food and Beverage Manager Qualifications:

3+ years of previous management experience in a country club, upscale restaurant or upscale hotel setting Heavy banquet/catering experience necessary Strong communication and leadership skills Proven track record of controlling costs and managing labor Strong wine/beverage knowledge
