Our menu celebrates vibrant ingredients and elevated Tex-Mex, crafted with authenticity. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front of House Manager to lead our guest-facing operations. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience, managing service staff, and maintaining the high standards that define the Gahnzales brand. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, upscale environment and brings both strong leadership and a passion for hospitality. Key Responsibilities Oversee all front-of-house operations, including dining room and bar service Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team of servers, hosts, and bartenders Ensure exceptional guest experience through attentive service and problem resolution Maintain service standards that reflect our upscale, vibrant brand Manage reservations, seating flow, and waitlists to optimize guest satisfaction Collaborate with kitchen leadership to ensure seamless communication and service execution Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedback Uphold cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards Create a weekly schedule for all Front of the House employees Drive beverage program excellence, especially within our tequila and cocktail offeri ngs Qualifications 2-5 years of front-of-house management experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant Strong leadership and team development skills Passion for hospitality and guest experience Knowledge of food, wine, and spirits (tequila and cocktail experience preferred)
