Referral bonus program Tuition reimbursement HSA Medical plan option with annual company contribution Perks at Work•discounts on shopping, travel & more Proven continued business growth for future opportunities What You'll Do Execute all routine day to day FSQ Technician responsibilities Lead, direct, and prioritize activities of line start-up, mix and silo testing, and lab testing for FSQ Team Identify and assist in the development and implementation of Continuous Improvement Initiatives that increase safety, quality, efficiency and decrease cost Train employees at all levels in areas of responsibility associated with their job classification Perform basic troubleshooting of lab equipment Communicate and lead (as needed) root cause investigations for lab, process and packaging errors during shift Support laboratory equipment calibration & maintenance program as needed Support Environmental Monitoring Program as needed Support maintenance and continuous improvement of daily product testing forms, laboratory checklists, and laboratory documentation Communicate and reinforce organizational or departmental initiatives to ensure a consistent message and targeted objectives are achieved What You'll Need 3 years of manufacturing experience, ideally in a food, process, high-speed packaging or Form-Fill-Seal industry Technical knowledge of analytical testing, aseptic processes, equipment, and products High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs) Team-player mindset who shows up on time and ready to work About Us Gehl Foods is a fast-growing food and beverage manufacturer, known for ready-to-serve products like nacho cheese and protein shakes—no refrigeration needed!
