Kitchen Manager

Kitchen Manager - Hairy Cow Brewing Company (Box Elder, SD) Hairy Cow Brewing Company is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house team. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing veteran owned brewpub known for artisan pizza, creative cuisine, and craft beverages.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring consistent quality, food safety, and cleanliness Lead, train, and schedule kitchen staff (cooks, prep, dish, and support roles) Monitor food costs, inventory, and waste to meet profitability goals Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine menu offerings Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations Foster a positive and professional work environment

Qualifications:

Prior management experience in a kitchen or high-volume restaurant required Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage labor, ordering, and food cost controls Food Manager certification required Knowledge of craft beer and brewpub-style cuisine a plus
