Assistant General Manager

Overview We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Assistant General Manager to help oversee the daily operations of our family fun center. The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in leading staff, delivering outstanding guest experiences, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring the facility runs efficiently and safely. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and guest-focused environment. Responsibilities Operations Management Assist in managing daily facility operations, including attractions, arcade, food & beverage, birthday parties, and guest services Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and fully operational at all times Monitor opening and closing procedures Help maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations Requirements Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise team members Support department leads and shift supervisors Coach employees on customer service, safety, and performance expectations Assist with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions Foster a positive, energetic, and team-oriented work environment

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
