Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our fine dining establishment. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining operational excellence, and cultivating a high-performing team. The ideal candidate brings strong hospitality leadership, financial acumen, and a commitment to service, quality, and food safety. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and oversight for all restaurant operations, ensuring consistent excellence in service, food quality, and guest satisfaction
  • Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop staff to meet performance expectations and service standards
  • Foster a professional, collaborative, and positive workplace culture that promotes accountability and growth
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all operational areas
  • Oversee inventory management, food and labor cost controls, and purchasing processes
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, budgets, and operational metrics, to drive profitability
  • Utilize the Aloha POS system for order processing, reporting, inventory tracking, and operational efficiency
  • Address guest feedback, inquiries, and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate and oversee catering and special events to ensure seamless execution Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience as a General Manager or Restaurant Manager in a fine dining or upscale hospitality environment
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food service management, and hospitality best practices
  • Demonstrated expertise in staff leadership, training, and performance management
  • Solid understanding of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and risk management
  • Experience with budgeting, cash handling, and financial reporting
  • Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Pay:
$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
