What if someone else already had the concept, kitchen, equipment, branding, marketing, and business experience... ...and they were looking for the right person to help build it? That's exactly what Clarksville Pasta Co. is. I'm not looking for someone to simply clock in and cook. I'm looking for someone who's always dreamed of building a successful restaurant but hasn't had the capital or opportunity to do it on their own. This is a chance to help launch a new Italian concept from the ground up, influence how it's built, and grow with it as the business expands. If you're the type of person who watches restaurant shows and thinks, "I'd do that differently," or you've always believed you could run a great kitchen if someone gave you the opportunity, I'd like to meet you. The kitchen, trailer, equipment, business infrastructure, branding, marketing, and concept are already in place. Responsibilities Help build a new restaurant concept from the ground up Refine and standardize recipes for consistency Assist with menu development and food presentation Set up and organize kitchen workflows and operating systems Prepare high-quality food with attention to detail Help source ingredients and manage inventory Develop efficient prep procedures and quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, food-safe kitchen Contribute ideas to improve the business and customer experience Grow into a leadership role as the company expands What Success Looks Like You take ownership rather than waiting for direction.
