We are looking for experienced and skilled restaurant manager with proven skills, who are willing to be trained to run a store effectively and with attention to detail. A candidate for this position MUST have previous food service experience. Previous food service management experience is required for this position also. Our restaurant managers are required to be in constant contact with the staff and customers. They need to be able to ensure their staff provides the highest quality guest services and monitor the overall financial performance of the store. The responsibilities of a restaurant manager are to greet the staff and guests, provide them with what they need, give helpful recommendations, build guest and brand trust, assist the staff with anything they need and make sure the guests have a great dining experience. A perfect restaurant manager trainee should be growth minded, hard-working, reliable, accommodating, courteous, friendly, professional, and willing to ensure that the guests are fully satisfied. Restaurant Manager:
Recruiting and hiring crew members Training and supervising crew members Managing set budgets Maintaining in-store financial records Dealing with customer complaints Overseeing stock and inventory Maximizing profitability and productivity Motivating staff to meet sales targets Setting sales targets Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations Ensuring promotional displays and materials align with current marketing efforts Communicating with Corporate and District management Ensuring daily food quality meets company standard Providing opportunities for staff advancements
Store Manager Job Requirements:

Special arrangements are available given the distance of travel for this particular job. After training is complete, the newly certified General/Assistant Manager will be placed at our Cleveland location. This job posting is for our corporate locations only.
