Job Description
Our client, a growing food manufacturing organization is seeking a Quality Manager to lead food safety, quality, sanitation, and regulatory compliance programs within a high-volume production facility across the 2nd and/or 3rd shift. This role partners closely with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure products are manufactured safely and consistently. Key Responsibilities Provide oversight of food safety, quality, and sanitation programs Lead investigations including root cause analysis and corrective actions Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards Support audit readiness and participate in audits Analyze quality data and identify trends and risks Drive continuous improvement initiatives Lead and develop quality team members to build accountability and technical capability Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen quality culture Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical or science-related field 5+ years of experience in food manufacturing quality or food safety Knowledge of SQF, HACCP, GMPs, and FDA regulations Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action programs Continuous improvement experience or certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Prior leadership experience preferred as a supervisor or manager Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
