Thank you for your interest in joining our team! For nearly 10 years, we have been providing chef-prepared meals to busy families throughout the Nashville area. As demand for our services continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our culinary team, and help drive continued excellence throughout the organization. Position Overview The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff performance, coordinating production schedules, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring the successful execution of weekly meal delivery services. This individual will serve as a key leader within the company and play an important role in supporting future growth. Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience leading teams of 5 or more employees
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with scheduling, workflow management, and employee development
  • Ability to hold team members accountable while fostering a positive work culture
  • Food service, hospitality, or culinary management experience preferred What We're Looking For

  • Comfortable working alongside the team and leading by example Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Oversee daily operations of the meal production and delivery process
  • Manage, lead, and develop a team of 8-20 private chefs
  • Create and manage employee schedules
  • Develop weekly production plans and task assignments based on menu offerings
  • Ensure all production deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and accountability
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and workflow
  • Assist ownership with staffing, training, and strategic planning initiatives
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and collaborative workplace culture
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, food safety standards, and operational procedures Schedule (Shift times may vary slightly depending on the week's needs, anticipated 40-46 hours/week)

        Monday:
        6am-6pm Compensation Salary 60k - 90k depending on experience. A performance based bonus is also a negotiable part of this pay structure. Up to a maximum of $1000 a month. This will be discussed on a per candidate basis. Time Off & Schedule Benefits Our busy season is during the school year August to May; we are off for all major holidays. This provides built-in downtime for travel, rest, and family time. PTO is a negotiable part of this employment. We expect to offer 4 weeks PTO during the month of July when the business is closed. Additionally, the business is closed the week between Christmas Eve and New Years Day. After 12 months of employment, the candidate would be eligible for additional compensation and benefits such as 401k and health/dental insurance stipend.
