Job Description

We're looking for a passionate, people-focused General Manager who can lead our team, drive operational excellence, and create an exceptional experience for both guests and employees. What You'll DoLeadership & Team Development Recruit, hire, train, and develop high-performing team members and managers Create a positive, engaging, and accountable work environment Coach and mentor employees to achieve personal and professional growth Lead by example with energy, integrity, and a servant-leadership mindset Operational Excellence Ensure exceptional guest service and hospitality standards Maintain food quality, safety, cleanliness, and brand standards Manage daily operations, opening/closing procedures, and shift execution Drive efficiency and continuous improvement in all restaurant operations Financial Management Own restaurant P&L performance Manage labor, food cost, inventory, and controllable expenses Analyze key business metrics and implement action plans Drive sales growth through local marketing and community engagement Guest Experience Build relationships with guests and become an active member of the local community Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally Ensure every guest leaves with a reason to return What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications 3+ years of restaurant General Manager experience Proven success leading high-volume restaurant operations Strong understanding of P&L management and financial performance Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and scheduling Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and retain top talent Excellent communication and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications Fast-casual or quick-service restaurant experience Multi-unit leadership experience a plus ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain) Experience with restaurant technology and POS systems Key Performance Indicators Success in this role will be measured by: Sales Growth Guest Satisfaction Scores Labor Cost Management Food Cost Control Employee Retention Speed of Service Health Inspection Scores Profitability What We Offer Competitive Salary Performance-Based Bonus Program Paid Vacation Health Benefits Meal Discounts Career Growth Opportunities Leadership Development Programs A Culture That Values People First The Ideal Candidate You are a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
