Improve. Drive Results. We're looking for a hands-on General Manager to take ownership of operations in a high-volume distribution environment. This is a high-impact role where you'll lead teams, improve processes, and directly influence performance, service, and profitability. If you're a strong operator who thrives on building teams, fixing inefficiencies, and delivering results—this is your opportunity. What You'll Do Lead day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency, service, and financial performance Coach and develop leaders and frontline teams Drive accountability and create a strong, performance-focused culture Improve order fulfillment, logistics, and overall workflow Build, track, and act on KPIs to drive measurable results Identify gaps, solve problems, and implement process improvements Partner across departments to align operations with company goals What You Bring Bachelor's degree required (Supply Chain, Logistics, or related preferred) or equivalent experience 10+ years in warehouse/distribution operations 4+ years in a leadership role Proven success improving performance in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience working with KPIs and operational data Proficiency in Excel and operational systems Work Environment Mix of office and warehouse setting Active role with regular time on the floor Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
