In this pivotal role, you will oversee all food and beverage operations across multiple hotel outlets, ensuring exceptional service, high-quality food standards, and seamless guest experiences. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, foster a positive team environment, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and hospitality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape memorable dining experiences while managing the day-to-day functions of our vibrant food and beverage departments. Duties Lead and coordinate all food and beverage operations across hotel outlets, including restaurants, bars, catering, banquets, and room service. Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, optimize efficiency, and increase revenue. Supervise food production, preparation, serving processes, and kitchen management to ensure quality standards are consistently met. Manage staff scheduling, shift management, training programs, and performance evaluations to cultivate a motivated and skilled team. Oversee food safety protocols, dietary department requirements, sanitation standards, and compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with culinary teams to innovate menus, manage food handling procedures, and ensure culinary excellence. Maintain inventory control for food & beverage supplies, manage vendor relationships, and monitor costs to maximize profitability. Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Coordinate special events such as banquets or catering functions to deliver outstanding service tailored to client needs. Foster a culture of teamwork, leadership, hospitality excellence, and continuous improvement across all departments. Skills Extensive experience in food service management within the hospitality or restaurant industry. Proven supervisory experience with strong leadership skills in managing diverse teams. Deep knowledge of food production techniques, cooking methods, food preparation standards, and kitchen management. Expertise in restaurant management including shift management, customer service excellence, and operational oversight. Strong understanding of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, dietary considerations, and catering operations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and engage guests effectively. Familiarity with managing budgets, controlling costs, inventory management, and vendor negotiations. Experience in banquet services or large-scale catering is highly desirable. Background in hospitality management with a focus on delivering memorable guest experiences. Knowledge of barista or coffee experience is a plus for beverage program development.
