In this vital role, you will ensure exceptional food quality, uphold food safety standards, and manage a fast-paced environment with enthusiasm and precision. Your leadership will inspire staff, optimize kitchen efficiency, and deliver outstanding dining experiences that keep our guests coming back for more. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise while managing a vibrant food service operation. Duties Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure high standards of quality and consistency Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to maximize profitability Supervise kitchen staff through effective training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and skilled team Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Enforce food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery during peak hours and special events like banquets or catering Conduct shift management duties including staffing adjustments, quality control checks, and resolving operational issues promptly Experience Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a focus on kitchen operations Extensive background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary management within casual dining or fine dining settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for transaction processing and reporting Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively through training & development initiatives and performance management Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and food industry regulations Experience in inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and cost management strategies Previous roles involving restaurant management, hospitality management or hotel experience are highly desirable Join us as a Kitchen Manager where your leadership will shape memorable dining experiences!
